Due
to the nature of our work and company ownership
policy our recruitment process has to be
meticulous. London Perfusion Science never
recruits from London Hospitals as we consider
this to be a conflict of interests. We are
always looking for potential new staff,
but only recruit when contracted work permits.
This has created a situation where we have
job waiting list of 7 perfusionists. Five
of them have completed the recruitment process
(including a two week trial period) with
